BANSTEAD COUNSELLING
You don't have to deal with this alone.
JUDE CRAIG
Psychodynamic Counsellor MBACP
People seek counselling for many different reasons, and whilst it is not an easy thing to do, it can have a profound effect. It provides an opportunity to understand yourself, improve your relationships, and gain clarity on how to move forward/make changes in your life.
As a skilled and experienced counsellor, I can offer you a safe and confidential space, where we can talk about whatever is bothering you, and think about what would make things better for you.
I have worked with men and women of all ages and faiths; people with a wide range of issues including, depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, bereavement, low self esteem, anger issues, divorce, aspergers syndrome, and chronic illness.
I am a registered member of the British Association for
Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), and abide by their ethical framework.
It is important that you find the right counsellor for you, so I offer a free initial telephone consultation during which we can discuss what you are looking for, and I can answer any questions you may have about therapy and how it works.
Regular meetings are usually weekly.
These can be on a short-term focused or longer term basis.
We can meet in person or via video link.
I work within a private clinic in Banstead and in Morden.
Both locations have free parking close by and are easily accessible via public transport.
