BANSTEAD COUNSELLING
You don't have to deal with this alone.

JUDE CRAIG
Psychodynamic Counsellor MBACP
People seek counselling for many different reasons, and whilst it is not an easy thing to do, it can have a profound effect. It provides an opportunity to understand yourself, improve your relationships, and provide clarity on all aspects of your life.
As a skilled and experienced counsellor, I can offer you a safe and confidential space, where we can talk about whatever is bothering you, and where we can explore what would make things better for you.
I have worked with men and women of all ages and faiths; people with a wide range of issues including, depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, bereavement, low self esteem, anger issues, divorce, aspergers syndrome, and chronic illness.
I am a registered member of the British Association for
Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), and abide by their ethical framework.

It is important that you find the right counsellor for you, so I offer a free initial telephone consultation during which we can discuss your current concerns, and I can answer questions you may have about therapy and how we might work together.
Regular meetings are weekly.
These can be on a short-term focused or longer term basis.
We can meet in person, via video link or via telephone.
I work within a private clinic in Banstead and in Morden.
Both locations have free parking close by and are easily accessible via public transport.
